Job summary

Deleum in Malaysia is seeking a Data & Digitalization Specialist to drive digital solutions for construction planning, execution, and reporting. You will develop and maintain dashboards, automate workflows, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support safe and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years working experience with at least 3 years in construction project support, digitalisation, performance reporting, or related technical functions.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 platforms and advanced Excel including VBA development and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain digital solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint Team Sites, and evaluate and recommend new technologies and digital solutions to support project execution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automate manual workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency, data consistency, and information accessibility.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting of project performance data and prepare and issue weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management and COMPANY requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, stewardship reports, and management reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Construction, Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSSE, Operations, and Contractors to ensure consistent reporting and data management practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for digital systems, reporting platforms, and performance reporting requirements.

Supports construction project execution by developing and maintaining digital solutions, performance reporting systems, and data-driven tools that enhance planning, coordination, and decision-making. The role serves as the focal point for project digitalization, KPI monitoring, stewardship reporting, and data management, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to support safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

Job Functions

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital solutions, automated workflows, and reporting systems that support construction planning, execution, and operational efficiency.

2. Performance Reporting & Analytics

• Manage project performance monitoring, KPI reporting, stewardship reporting, and data analytics to provide timely and accurate insights for project management and stakeholders.

3. Data Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate project data management, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and effective utilization of digital tools and systems.

• 3.Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 platforms and Advance Excel skills, including VBA development and automation.
