Job summary

Suntone Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a BOM & Project Coordinator to manage BOM data, maintain engineering drawings, and coordinate ECN/ECR updates. You will organize project information in Lark and prepare loading plans for shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in BOM management or project coordination and proficiency with engineering drawing tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Based in Kampong Tampoi, Johor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BOM management or project coordination.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updating of the BOM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on customer ECN and ECR related to BOM changes; coordinate with departments for timely updates.
• Manage project information in the Lark project management system, including data organization and access permission control.
• Maintain project-related data and documents to ensure all departments use the latest version of information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to complete system data updates and project document filing.
• Maintain and update engineering drawings.
• Prepare container loading plans and related drawings.
