Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in overseeing a high-rise development project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects in accordance with our company’s standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret construction drawings and effectively coordinate and monitor the progress of work.

Collaborate with the consultant team and nominated sub-contractors to ensure compliance with all standards, requirements, and specifications.

Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills in addressing technical issues and related construction matters.

Skills Required:

Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and coordinating work progress.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a consultant team and various sub-contractors to ensure compliance with standards.

Initiative and strong problem-solving skills in addressing technical issues and construction matters.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction and property development industry, preferably with prior experience in a consultant firm.

Experience in High-Rise Building projects is an advantage.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
