Liaise with the representatives of authorities, contractors, project consultants, or any relevant parties in the project.

Demonstrate excellent organization, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills within the team.

Willing and able to travel for work.

Willing to expedite, coordinate, and receive instructions from superiors and management.

Attend all committee and site operation meetings.

Prepare the project schedule.

Review project plans, specifications, and provide comments on building design, scheduling, potential cost savings, and construction issues.

Supervise, review, and prepare all final reports including as-built drawings, material reconciliation, and project closure documentation.

Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.

Communicate effectively with government authorities, contractors, project consultants, and lead trades confidently.

Monitor and maintain the construction schedule ensuring smooth workforce operations.

Raise and discuss relevant issues during site meetings; prepare and issue minutes of all site meetings.

Inform consultants or contractors of errors, discrepancies, or omissions in design drawings.

Monitor site safety and enforce occupational health and safety regulations.

Ensure completion and tracking of all required testing and inspections.

Maintain high construction standards and quality control.

Supervise and monitor company laborers and subcontractors.

Ensure all municipal inspections are completed.

Prepare monthly progress reports, master work programs, work schedules, and other necessary reports.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and relevant parties on work progress.

Attend and resolve emergency site issues and meetings.
