Project Engineer

Job Description

Prepare master development programme and ensure individual tasks are completed according to schedule.

Prepare feasibility studies, cash flow analyses, market studies, and pricing proposals.

Ensure layout and design comply with company guidelines, planning guidelines, UBBL, and CONQUAS construction good practices.

Coordinate layout, infrastructure, SIFUS, strata, and building plan preparation and submission.

Ensure quality of tender drawings and coordinate tender drawing and document preparation.

Conduct checks on S&P plans and specifications.

Standardize S&P plan and specification formats.

Conduct preliminary reviews of marketing materials.

Ensure the quality and compliance of show units/mockups and that they remain in good condition within the DLP period.

Liaise with authorities such as Syarikat Air, IWK, TNB, and TM.

Support Sales & Marketing in preparing marketing materials.

Job Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, or related discipline.
