Job Summary:

• Looking for candidates available to work:

  • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
• No experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

1. Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;
2. Develop, implement and monitor production processes to achieve quality, cost and efficiency targets;
3. Troubleshoot design or process issues, implement improvements, and support all other daily activities in production;
4. Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements;
5. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects;
6. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;
7. Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field;
8. Conduct experiments and tests to optimise process parameters and equipment performance;
9. Provide technical support and training to production staff;
10. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status;
11. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or above; process-related work experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with new product implementation process, production process, and improvement process;
3. Have a strong desire to succeed and enterprising spirit, and be able to face various challenges and growth pressure during fast development;
4. Have a clear career plan, be willing to engage in management work, and be willing to work hard to achieve your goals;
5. Responsible, willing to take responsibility, and willing to work hard to make yourself capable of taking responsibility;
6. Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with customers.
