Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle.

About the role

As a Project Engineer at Reckitt Benckiser (M) Sdn Bhd (Hygiene/ Home), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and delivering innovative projects that support its growth objectives. This full-time position is based in Tebrau, Johor, and offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the dynamic hygiene and home care industry.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements and new technologies
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems
• Analyse and resolve technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams
• Contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects
• Proficient in using engineering design software, project management tools, and data analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
