Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, track, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with the targeted schedule.
  • Ensure that all construction details and specifications align with approved, tender, and construction drawings.
  • Cross-check project plans against authority requirements to avoid additional costs during the construction phase.
  • Oversee and verify work processes to ensure the project adheres to the approved building specifications, bills of quantities, plans, mock-ups, procedures, and method statements.
  • Monitor and track additional works to prevent budget overruns.
  • Periodically verify site issues raised by site personnel and report findings to superiors or management.
  • Assist superiors in implementing processes that align with company Policies and Procedures (P&P).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution and coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsible, independent, and self-motivated, with strong time management abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents.
  • Familiar with local building authority regulations and industry best practices.
