A leading company in industrial technology is seeking a Project Documentation Executive to capture and produce high-quality multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have experience in filming, editing, and managing digital media, especially in corporate settings. This role also requires drone operation and a strong creative flair to align visual content with project objectives.
Capture high-resolution photographs and videos of project activities, events, and milestones.
Professionally operate drones to obtain aerial footage; ensure legal and safety compliance.
Plan and execute shoots including lighting, sound, and framing for both documentation and promotional content.
Edit and produce professional-quality videos, including time-lapse and monthly progress compilations.
Add transitions, graphics, voiceovers, and music to enhance the storytelling quality of content.
Maintain a structured visual and written record of project progress in chronological order.
Archive, tag, and organize media assets for quick retrieval, traceability, and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of all documentation.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare visual updates (e.g., photo reports, milestone videos) for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support the creation of presentations, reports, and proposals with visual documentation.
Align all visual outputs with project timelines, communication goals, and brand standards.
Develop content ideas aligned with project milestones and marketing initiatives.
Storyboard and script content such as corporate videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes features.
Organize and maintain a centralized digital media library ensuring consistency with branding.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
Certified or licensed drone pilot with proven flying and safety experience.
Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong creative storytelling skills and a good eye for visual composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, especially in media file management and project tracking.
Familiarity with time-lapse and progress-based video documentation is a plus.
Familiarity with project lifecycles, particularly in construction or industrial settings, is a plus.
