About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Documentation and Reporting professional to join our dynamic team at B-band Communications Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining meticulous records and providing comprehensive reporting to support the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain project documentation, especially during project completion.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, collate, and present project data in a clear and meaningful way.

Updating customer's database and chasing for approval/acceptance.

Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed.

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Comfortable with using the computer.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

No experience required. Fresh graduates are preferred.
