Responsible for Program Management in the development platform.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Plan, govern, and oversee the successful delivery of the program’s output/product.
2. Lead the Development Program Team in providing overall program activities to support the Business Division (BD) and Operations (OP) to achieve high performance and business success.
3. Be responsible for Program Management within the development platform.
4. Participate in the management team and be accountable for achieving targets such as time-to-market, quality, performance, and budget.
5. Plan the overall program and monitor its progress.
6. Align deliverables (outputs) with the program’s intended outcomes, with the support of the program owner/sponsor.
7. Manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
8. Handle stakeholder communication, providing a strategic overview compared to project managers’ tactical scope.
9. Manage key program documentation, including the program initiation document.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical, Materials, etc.).
• At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading a team of professional engineers and managers (>20 people).
• Experience in People Management and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge in R&D and semiconductor technical engineering.
• The ability to anticipate issues and resolve challenges quickly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative attitude, with a focus on people development and solution-finding.
