Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
• Coordinate site logistics, mobilization, and subcontractor management to optimize productivity and minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards throughout the project.
• Oversee project progress and prepare a weekly report to the Project Manager.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for design, materials, and workmanship following industry best practices.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Address and resolve site conflicts while ensuring smooth project execution.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving solutions to ensure seamless coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle documentation, approvals, and submissions related to permits, inspections, and project execution.
Requirements
Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of project management experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight schedules.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
