PROJECT COORDINATOR CUM ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, responsible, willing to learn, result-oriented, and maintains a good work attitude.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision and enjoys working independently.
  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Preferably with one (1) year of working experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of construction activity processes is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency towards task completion.
  • Proficient in content management systems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Manage office and project administrative tasks including filing, printing, emailing, and reporting to superiors.
  2. Coordinate administrative functions of units and projects.
  3. Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  4. Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and keep staff informed of company news.
  5. Assist in preparing preliminary study reports for new development projects.
  6. Crosscheck and submit documents for materials submission, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in team binders.
  7. Issue correspondence regarding site work matters.
  8. Liaise with government departments to ensure legal compliance.
  9. Assist in arranging training sessions to meet training needs.
  10. Maintain and update the company profile periodically.
  11. Prepare high-quality project video presentations and create graphics for photos.
  12. Register the company with relevant authorities for licenses.
  13. Attend administrative and business meetings as instructed.
  14. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
  15. Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
