Project Coordinator (Cabinetry & Interior Works)

his is a full-time, onsite Property Renovation & Construction Project Coordinator role. You will be responsible to coordinate and manage renovation and repair requests from clients, ensuring seamless execution from initial inquiry to final payment specially for property/strata property industry.

What you'll be doing

Attend to clients’ renovation and repair requests.

Arrange and coordinate contractor works.

Maintain good communication with clients throughout the project.

Follow up on quotations, respond to site-related enquiries, and secure job confirmations.

Supervise contractors and ensure work complies with specifications and standards.

Maintain clear documentation of project progress, client communication, and contractor performance.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in renovation, construction, or property maintenance preferred.

NO Certificate in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Services, Business or related field is FINE.

Strong coordination, communication skills and teamwork.

Good problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to site locations.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), proficient in using project management and AutoCAD tools is an advantage.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
