  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Able to speak Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Optional)
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and schematics
  • Excellent technical writing and drafting skills
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor project RFQ, delivery, follow-up actions, lead time & performance.
  2. Understand customer requirements and expectations; communicate with internal teams.
  3. Serve as the main contact for customers.
  4. Lead contract review and assess project risks.
  5. Provide prompt feedback to customers regarding changes in plans (OTD, Due date, etc.).
  6. Follow up on project sourcing and engineering activities.
  7. Coordinate between customer and internal teams to meet requirements.
  8. Negotiate and execute contracts with customers.
  9. Represent the organization in conference calls and meetings.
  10. Ensure project management meets customer, internal, and AS9100 standards.
  11. Work closely with operations to ensure 100% OTD and quality.
  12. Lead contingency meetings to meet customer expectations.
  13. Assess and compile project information before sharing with customers.
  14. Coordinate with section managers to achieve desired program outcomes.
  15. Manage forecast/demand volumes for capacity planning.
  16. Maintain sufficient stock levels of finished goods and raw materials.
  17. Monitor finished goods stock aging.
  18. Support sub-tier performance.
  19. Ensure configuration and change control throughout product realization.
  20. Promote customer focus within the organization.
