Responsibilities
  • Setting the project scope, timeline, and budget as well as resource planning and scheduling activities.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project management and operations to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Analyzing risks and mitigating them to ensure the project is delivered on time and cost-effective.
  • Ensuring the project complies with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.
Responsibilities (Bahasa)
  • Menetapkan skop projek, garis masa dan belanjawan serta perancangan sumber dan penjadualan aktiviti.
  • Bekerja rapat dengan pelbagai pihak berkepentingan dalam hal berkaitan projek.
  • Menyelia semua aspek pengurusan dan operasi projek untuk memastikan pelaksanaan berjalan lancar.
  • Menganalisis risiko dan mengurangkan ini untuk memastikan projek itu dihantar tepat pada masanya dan kos efektif.
  • Memastikan projek itu mematuhi garis panduan dalaman serta piawaian dan keperluan kawal selia.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year of experience including strong experience in a similar role in Real Estate and Professional Services.
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage various stakeholders.
