· As a Project Coordinator at Iklan Dinamik, you’ll be the linchpin that ensures our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

· You’ll coordinate, communicate, and manage every detail with precision, helping us deliver exceptional results every time.

· Leading the team with Confidence, attending site walk, oversee project timelines, resolve project hiccups, ensuring that every project stays on track and exceeds client expectations.

· Communicate with Impact, serve as the key contact between clients, subcontractors, and our internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring everyone is aligned.

· Innovate Daily. Be part of a team that encourages creativity and innovation, where your ideas for improving processes or solving challenges are always welcome.

· Detail-Oriented Excellence, manage all project documentation, from contracts to schedules, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.

Requirements

- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Experience in project management or administration, preferably in the construction, signage, or related industries.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

- Strong Communication & Technical Knowledge - you’re as comfortable in a client meeting as you are working with our design team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new tools and software quickly.
