- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Willing to work extra hours when required and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Must possess a valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Planning Manager in project planning and execution.
• Gather data on potential delays and coordinate with relevant teams for mitigation plans.
• Identify potential cost savings by optimizing material and equipment usage.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring proper maintenance of all relevant documents.
• Coordinate and issue documents/drawings to sub-contractors.
• Attend and respond to correspondence from internal and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with all specifications as per drawings.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
