Job Descriptions

• To perform business analysis work that includes current state analysis, future state definition, planning, requirements analysis and design, solution evaluation, verification, and change management.
• Under general direction, perform business analysis for business process and system changes.
• Conduct preliminary study of business need, clarify user requirements, design customer journey, and analyze alternative solutions.
• Update business models and rules, provide input for detailed data models and flow diagrams.
• Drive data needs for process metrics and ongoing management of process health.
• Develop acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Responsible for managing SIT and UAT execution with support from project team.
• Compliance to ethical and professional conduct policies, standards and guidelines set by company and regulators.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Experience in digital products or services development (Mobile or Web) and/or healthcare process will be an added advantage.
