Job description

The Project Coordinator oversees projects from scratch, collaborating with team members to meet goals within assigned deadline. Keeps up to date on all aspects of a project, delegate tasks, and resolve unexpected challenges using their expertise. Effective communication with team leader, and upper management is essential for project alignment and success.

Project delivered within given deadline with consistent updates of files and records in accordance to workflow set

Respond to stakeholder queries and resolve project issues in a timely manner

Monitor and feedback on freelancer performance as and when required

Document improvement/changes implemented to workflow/ process as and when required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track hours and deliverables across multiple channels/clients.

Liaise effectively with clients, internal teams, freelancers, and other departments to manage project timelines and materials.

Organise and monitor project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure project documentation and frameworks are maintained and adhered to.

Develop and adapt project strategies in response to changing requirements or priorities.

Identify project risks/issues and propose actionable solutions.

Provide administrative and operational support for project tasks as required.

Maintain a reliable pool of freelancers, understanding their capabilities and monitoring performance.

Contribute to continuous improvement by taking ownership of new initiatives and suggesting process enhancements.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related field of study.

At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Attention to details and able to work with tight deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge on file management and other administrative procedures
