Job Responsibility
- To plan, organize and manage the projects as per plan, schedule, specifications, cost and quality.
- To supervise, inspect and monitor the project's progress and quality control.
- Liaise with internal and external consultants, in keeping track on the authority approval status of the projects assigned.
- Coordinate closely with the clients, consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of result.
- Assist Project Manager or Head of Department in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing drawings issued by Consultants.
- Liaise with consultants in keeping track on the authority approval status of the projects assigned.
- To aid the team in massing studies, area schedules and area tabulations.
- To perform any ad-hoc activities which are assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Interior Design
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management (Building construction, Renovation Works, Interior Design Works with M&E experience as bonus)
- Experiences in coordinating/handling the project especially in construction field.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Office.
- Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skills with authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
