A leading company in the construction field is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee site operations and manage project budgets. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant diploma or degree, with at least one year of experience in construction management. The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in a related Construction and Civil field are preferred.
Minimum 1-year experience in Construction supervision/management.
Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of each project scope from Design, Manufacturing, and Construction.
Skilled in supervision work, organized in conducting project progress meetings, managing project budgets and schedules, and tracking progress.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure, focusing on completing tasks within schedule and budget.
Creative, analytical, and possess problem-solving skills to manage daily site challenges.
Responsible for preparing records of materials, project reports, site diaries, site memos, etc. Attend project site meetings to provide ongoing project status updates.
Good communication skills, time management, responsibility, and teamwork skills are essential for coordinating with various departments.
Possess a valid driving license, own transport, and be able to travel outstation.
Basic salary plus allowances and yearly bonus.
