The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple concurrent software implementation projects. While each project is led by a Senior Project Lead or Senior Consultant, we need someone who can ensure smooth progress by tracking deliverables, monitoring timelines, and flagging potential issues early.
It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys keeping projects on track through solid coordination and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Track project progress across multiple initiatives and maintain up-to-date status reports
Coordinate with team members (developers, interface specialists, report writers, etc.) to gather updates and assess task completion
Identify and follow up on potential delays, ensuring accountability and timelines are met
Escalate risks or bottlenecks to Project Leads and management promptly
Maintain accurate documentation including timelines, action items, meeting minutes, and status updates
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and management
Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and key milestones

Attention to detail with solid documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role
Experience in environments with multiple ongoing projects
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Excel)
Exposure to IT or software implementation environments
