Job summary

Pitrees is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to oversee multiple projects from briefing to delivery, while maintaining strong client relations and coordinating with in-house creatives and engineers. You will ensure timely communication and alignment across teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a background in architecture or interior design and experience in project management, with bilingual English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking

Qualifications

• Experience as project coordinator in fast-paced environment.
• Interest in architecture, technology and creative multimedia.
• Good eye for aesthetics and details.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Strong communication and coordination with architects, landscape planner, interior designer, agency and client.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring the brief is delivered on time.
• Effectively manage client inquiries and maintain communication with clients and consultants.
• Collaborate with in-house artists, software engineers, copywriters, sound engineers and talents to produce 3D perspectives, animations and mobile apps.
• Report to Directors, COO and Head of 3D and ensure smooth communication of project information to client and project team.

About the Role

• Plan & manage multiple projects concurrently whilst ensuring project brief is delivered on time
• Effectively manage client inquiries and maintain good communication & relationship with clients and consultants to deliver high quality results
• Collaborate & brainstorm with in-house artists, software engineers, copywriters, sound engineers and talents to produce realistic 3D perspectives, animation walkthroughs and mobile applications
• Reports to Directors & COO & Head of 3D
  Ensure smooth communication of project information to the client and project team

Requirements

Experience as project coordinator and be able to work in fast paced environment

Interest in architecture, technology and creative multimedia

A good eye for the aesthetics and details

Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers

Good communications skills. Ability to coordinate with architects, landscape planner, interior designer, agency and client

Resourceful & creative with positive working attitude (confident, friendly, calm under pressure)

Candidates with Architectural, Interior Design or Project Management background will be an advantage
