Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination:
   • Assist in preparing project execution plans, method statements, and work schedules.
   • Coordinate design reviews, drawing approvals, and technical submissions.
   • Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
2. Site Supervision & Execution:
   • Monitor daily site activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
   • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
3. Technical Support:
   • Provide engineering solutions for site issues and technical problems.
   • Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
   • Assist in structural calculations and value engineering initiatives.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
   • Prepare progress reports and update project trackers regularly.
   • Manage RFI, NCR, and variation order documentation.
   • Maintain records of as-built drawings and red-line markups.
5. Cost & Resource Management:
   • Assist in monitoring budgets, resource allocations, and material procurement.
   • Support the quantity surveying team in progress claims and cost control.
