We are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of engineering projects by producing, reviewing, and managing technical drawings. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal and external teams, ensure adherence to industry standards, and provide supervision to junior drafting staff to achieve timely and accurate project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings using CAD software to support project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and project objectives.
• Maintain and manage drawing records, version control, and document tracking systems.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Supervise and guide junior drafting staff to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or conflicts in design documents in collaboration with the project team.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on drawing progress and coordination matters.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and submittals as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical drawing and project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Solid understanding of technical drawing standards, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel and able to work on weekends.
