Company Background:

A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating data center projects from start to finish.
  • Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and project files.
  • Monitor the progress of project tasks and assist in identifying any delays or issues.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Help prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Assist with procurement activities such as ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Perform research on best practices and industry trends relevant to data center operations.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including organizing and filing project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any related field, preferable inBusiness Administration,Engineering..
