WFH , Meeting 2kali sebulan. ( plus if you have property related experience )
NOTE : your job timing and location is flexible, but will have realestate agent call you/whatsapp all the time

MAIN TASK -
1. Coordinate with developer on property information, pricing , package, details
2. Coordinate with realestate agent ( our company's sales agent) on booking form, available unit,
3. Coordinate booking/sold unit to developer, send booking form to developer, update developer on loan status
4. Attend to 40 realestate agent on project info, challenge, project detail, available unit of project.
5. Follow up on loan processing status with realestate agent, update Loan status to developer, coordinate with banker on loan status.
6. Update company databse for new incoming project.



SECONDARY TASK :
1. Conduct trainning to realestate agent

MEETING AT CYBERJAYA/PUCHONG utama.

Looking for someone thats :

4. Good problem solver. able to handle multiple enquiry of sales staff/agent.

Menyelaraskan maklumat projek hartanah dengan pemaju – termasuk harga, pakej & butiran unit.

Menyelaraskan maklumat tempahan & unit masih tersedia dengan ejen hartanah syarikat.

Menghantar borang tempahan kepada pemaju, maklumkan status pinjaman kepada pemaju.

Memberi sokongan kepada lebih 40 ejen hartanah mengenai info projek, cabaran, dan status unit.

Pantau status pinjaman bersama ejen dan pegawai bank, kemas kini status kepada pemaju.

Kemas kini pangkalan data syarikat untuk projek baru yang masuk.

TUGAS SAMPINGAN:
Menjalankan latihan kepada ejen hartanah syarikat.

Kriteria Calon yang Dicari:
Teliti dan peka terhadap butiran.

Proaktif dan tidak perlu disuruh berulang kali.

Siap tugasan yang diberikan tepat pada masanya.

Bijak menyelesaikan masalah dan mampu urus pelbagai pertanyaan daripada ejen jualan.
