Une entreprise de développement immobilier recherche un Architecte de projet senior pour gérer divers projets, de la conception à l'achèvement. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Gérer des projets de la conception à l'achèvement (CCC Stage).
  • Collaborer avec des ingénieurs, des entrepreneurs et d'autres consultants.
  • Préparer des dessins de soumission pour le contrat et assurer les visites de site.

Job description

Project Architect / Senior Project Architect

Manage projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage).

Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management regarding project status.

Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts, and prepare presentations with support staff.

Collaborate with quantity surveyors, marketing teams, and other disciplines to ensure design feasibility.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to prepare building plans.

Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure design compliance with relevant codes and standards; prepare necessary documentation for approvals (e.g., KM & BP submissions) with support staff.

Prepare tender and construction drawings for contract implementation.

Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, adherence to architectural plans, and compliance with specifications.

Additional duties include team building, communication, and mentoring.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Architecture, with a portfolio of high-rise residential and mixed development projects.
  • Degree/Master's in Architecture (Part 1 or Part 2 preferred).
  • Awareness of the Architect's responsibilities under the Architect Act and Code of Conduct.
  • Knowledge of local planning regulations, building codes, materials, and specifications.
  • Understanding of building plan submission drawings, tender and construction drawings, and building processes.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, capable of liaising with clients and consultants.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
