We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Architect to lead architectural projects from start to finish. You will manage the design process, work with clients and consultants, and ensure compliance with codes, deadlines, and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases: concept, design, documentation, and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Prepare and review drawings, submissions, and construction documents.
• Ensure designs follow local codes, regulations, and contract requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 5+ years of experience in architecture and project management (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction.
• Good communication, organization, and leadership skills.
