Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at Affinity Offshore in Kuala Lumpur. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating design processes. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineering teams, creating architectural plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications

• Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Project Management and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) knowledge
• Experience in handling submittals and project coordination
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional certifications in architecture or project management are a plus
