Job Responsibility

• Lead and oversee all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Review and resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelorâs degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Able to read, write, speak Mandarin.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and technical detailing.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
