At least a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or its equivalent.

Minimum 5 years related working experience in the Construction Industry.

Familiarity with architectural and structural drawings, building codes, and construction standards.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

1. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
2. Provide and demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH Management System in the department.
3. Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH Management System in the department.
4. Ensure that the QESH Management System conforms to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards in the department.
5. Promote use of process approach, risk-based thinking, and life cycle perspective in the organization.
6. Promote customer focus and continuous improvement in the department.
7. Comply with legal and other requirements that apply to the organization.
8. Take charge of architectural design and construction.
9. Handle interaction with the client at project level during construction stages and administer construction contracts.
10. Be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from conceptualization, schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation, to construction documentation.
11. Handle authority submissions and coordination.
12. Lead the project during construction while ensuring thorough documentation of construction activities.
13. Coordinate design issues with associate consultants and external parties to ensure proper project implementation.
14. Establish strict quality control procedures to ensure high-quality delivery.
15. Undertake any other duties as instructed by the superior.
