About the role

Join CLEMENT WONG ARCHITECTURE as a Project Architect in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of high-profile architectural projects, leveraging your expertise in the field of Architecture.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept design to construction completion

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the wider project team to drive the successful delivery of projects

Lead the development of design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to relevant regulations and standards

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers within the team

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's design processes and standards

What we're looking for

A Master Degree in Architecture

Demonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Strong technical knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and communicate complex design concepts to clients

Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Fresh graduate are welcome
