Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in residential high-rise projects.
• Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) – Part I or Part II.
• Good command of English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Participate in conceptual design, space planning, zoning layout, and material selection for residential high-rise projects.

Assist in developing creative, functional, and cost-effective architectural solutions that meet market requirements.

Prepare design documentation, drawings, and specifications in line with project goals and regulations.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to align design with budgeting, material specifications, and construction timelines.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to ensure cohesive and integrated project execution.

Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking.

Review architectural drawings and details to ensure compliance with safety standards, design quality, and building regulations.

Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and resolve design or construction issues promptly.

Ensure strict adherence to approved architectural designs throughout the construction stage.

Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices in the architecture industry.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the design process and improve overall project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience (Must have experience in residential projects, especially high-rise developments).

Good command of English and Malay, Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Passionate about architecture, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) – Part I or Part II.
