CGNA Consultancy Hiring! Full Time Project Architect in Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 7,000 - Ricebowl

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or LAM Part 2 equivalent
• Three (3) to Eight (8) years of experience in medium-scale commercial projects (new build and addition & alteration projects)
• Experienced in project implementation and contract administration
• Involved from Design stage up to CPC and CCC
• Well versed in PAM Contract, JCT Management Building Contract, UBBL, and relevant authority requirements
• Required Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketch-up, BIM (Revit). Knowledge of other project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Aconex, and Team Binder is an advantage
• Assist Senior Project Architects in project implementation and contract administration
• Chair Client-Consultant Meetings and Technical Coordination Meetings
• Coordinate with other Consultants, Main Contractors, and other parties to resolve design-related issues and site matters
• Produce Design Development, Tender, and Construction Drawings
• Review and respond to Shop Drawings and RFIs independently
• Assist in preparation and issuance of Architect’s Instructions (AI)
• Participate in personal or professional training
