The Programme and Change Management Team, within the Department of Strategy and Transformation, is responsible for:
- Governance of GSC LT Meeting
- GSC Performance Management (KPIs)
- GSC Programme and Change Management and their governance
- Deployment of Project or Change Management resources for GSC cross-departmental projects
- GSC Sharepoint Governance and maintenance
- GSC Supplier Collaboration Space Governance
About The Role
Based in STC Singapore, the Project and Change Manager will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Project Owners across Global Supply Chain to provide Project Management and/or Change Management guidance and support for cross-functional projects.
- Leading as a Project Manager for medium to large-scale projects to deliver cross-GSC departmental projects end-to-end, on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Leading as a Change Agent to embed change and execute Change Management activities successfully across project implementations.
Accountabilities Include
- Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
- Tracking project progress, managing risks/issues, and ensuring successful delivery with a clear framework, timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
- Providing successful Change Management support, including:
- Stakeholder analysis
- Process Mapping and Change Impact Analysis (CIA)
- Training Plan, schedule, materials, and completion
- Communication plan and content
- Measuring change adoption and addressing resistance proactively
- Partnering with SMEs to monitor change adoption and business readiness activities, including hypercare setup.
About You
Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Experience in medium to large-scale Project Management and/or Change Management, using waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Ability to operate independently and develop successful programme plans and content.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage complex issues simply and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects or leading change on multiple initiatives.
- Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies and cultures.
Critical Competencies
- Results-driven, resilient, with a challenge-loving attitude and a starter-to-finisher mindset.
- Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written.
