Job Duties:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects aligned with Sunway Fintech's corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business units, senior leadership, and external partners to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, interdependencies, and critical path activities.
- Analyse and evaluate business processes, identify key business problems and opportunities, predict requirements, and develop solutions to address them.
- Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis where necessary by utilizing all available data sets and open-source intelligence, interpret results to identify effective ways of boosting business efficiency and help business makes informed decisions.
- Identify patterns and trends drawn from the data to provide insights and use this information to make recommendations to the organization's leadership team.
- Identify and implement potential solutions for challenges faced by the business and make lasting improvements to business performance.
- Undertakes ad-hoc projects and initiatives to create value.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable university, a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related working experience, ideally in project management, strategy analyst, or business strategy and planning role;
- Capable of analyzing and solving problems through quantitative reasoning and analysis;
- Skilled at managing an independent workstream within the framework of a larger team-based project.
