MBF Holdings seeks a Project Administrator to manage project documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant diploma, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This role supports project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective stakeholder communication.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requisition, invoicing, expense tracking, and contract management.
Coordinate any other administrative related arrangements needed by the project team.
Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
Prepare and distribute project updates and status reports.
Key Requirements for Successful Applicant:
Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focusonaccuracy.
