A leading energy company is seeking a Project Administrator to support project management activities. The role involves coordinating with teams, handling documentation, and ensuring project milestones are met on time. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma and 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
Manage project documentation, including status reports, minutes of meeting, schedule and organize meeting
Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the project manager
manpower coordination ( mob and demob arrangement , competency training , manpower sourcing ,manpower contract & timesheet )
Purchasing Material
Provide administrative support to the project team and office as needed
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their requirements and concerns
What we're looking for
Relevant diploma/degree in engineering administrative , project management or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the engineering industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team environment
