  • Candidates with a minimum high school certificate and experience in handling project administration duties within the construction industry, preferably from an MEP Consultant Company, are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the candidate may be assigned to support projects from regional offices.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team throughout project implementation, including documentation control, liaison, and coordination with vendors, consultants, and owners.
  • Ensure proper management of documentation, including maintaining, archiving, and updating records as needed.
  • Assist the engineer in formatting and standardizing tender specifications, letters, and other documents.
  • Prepare drawing lists, transmittal forms, and letters.
  • Upload and download drawings and documents using engineering software.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
