  • High School or SPM graduate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Required skills:

  • MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge), and schematic design for Mechanical & Electrical.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Good personal attitude, responsible, and dedicated.
  • Willing to work overtime, on rest days, or public holidays if needed.
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites.
  • Own transportation required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out general site office administration duties.
  • Managing warehouse or store at sites.
  • Coordinating with purchasers and monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
  • liaising with purchasers for stock replenishment as instructed.
  • Preparing, applying, renewing, and filing all necessary permits or passes for staff at sites.
  • Preparing reports and liaising with relevant departments at HQ.
  • Producing and processing drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Creating detailed plans and drawings for precast structural projects.
  • Managing project documents and drawings.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
