Job summary

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist in preparing, updating and inspecting project documentation including setting up and maintaining project files;
  • To assist in the preparation and submission of tenders;
  • To examine incoming tenders and make a list of the tender deadline, project start and end dates, tender submission instructions/requirements, and manner of submission;
  • To ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions;
  • To ensure that administration and secretarial support is given to senior managers in terms of documentation preparation, circulation, correspondences, minutes-taking, filing, archiving and other relevant duties;
  • To assist in the document control function at the office;
  • To ensure that the staff observe the guidelines for use of office equipment;
  • To ensure timely and efficient distribution and dispatch of documents between the site office and head offices as well as to third parties;
  • To maintain an effective filing and recording system at the site office;
  • To ensure the necessary administration records, reports and updates are updated and documented timely;
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in any field of study or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in administration and tendering works;
  • Good proficiency in Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Have a valid driver's license.

In 1999, the company expanded into Civil and Building work, including SESB Sub Station at Mengaris, High Tension Power Cable Trench at Karambunai, Demolition & Reconstruction of weighbridge work at Cement Industry Sabah, Construction and Completion of architecture work for Kota Kinabalu Polytechnic Campus, and Earthwork at Karambunai SESB Sub Station.
