Job description

Duty And Responsibility

  • To provide administrative support for the project department delivery team eg: project documentation, record filing, project scheduling and tracking, communication, etc.
  • To organize calendars and arrange meetings for project team.
  • To liaise closely with contract and commercial department on all documentation
  • To assist in report writing and presentation materials.
  • To assist in ad-hoc task as arranged
  • Inter-department communication
  • Draft and type the directed letter
  • Manage correspondence
  • Maintain and manage site equipment in custody
  • Manage outgoing and incoming receipts or invoices
  • Sending emails to specific organizations, customers, companies or bodies
  • Prepare the reports required by the client
  • Perform other duties as directed from time to time

Qualification, Experience and Requirements

  • At Least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture
  • At least 2-3 Years of working experience as site administrator
  • Excellent In MS Office Software
  • Task, milestones, deadlines and result oriented
  • Ability to perform independently with minimum supervision
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English and Malay)
  • Good team player with strong disruptive leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months
