Programs Associate - General Operations, Malaysia
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various programs and projects for LAZADA in the Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur location.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring efficient utilization and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular status updates and prepare reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and potential risks.
- Support in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance program efficiency.
- Design and implement seller programs that align with LAZADA's strategic goals; tasks include but are not limited to target setting, benefit design, program tracking, and program framework design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Three+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in an e-commerce or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Basic ability in SQL.
