Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machine Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for turning machines (Fanuc/Mazak/Siemens or similar controls).
• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
• Ensure parts meet dimensional accuracy and quality requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on machines.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC turning programming and operations.
• Proficient in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting speeds/feeds, and machining processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
