A leading AdTech company is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Malaysia, focusing on business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in selling programmatic media solutions, strong relationship-building skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role requires expertise in navigating the digital landscape, collaborating with various teams, and delivering effective sales strategies.
Our client are a growing AdTech company with a global footprint, delivering cutting-edge programmatic media solutions to premium publishers, agencies and brands. They offer a wide range of solutions to the market and are expanding in Malaysia, looking for a Sales Manager to cover business development and account management for their clients.
As a Programmatic Sales Manager, you will drive programmatic revenue growth in Malaysia, with extended responsibilities for Singapore and broader SEA expansion. You'll work closely with agencies, brands, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and scale the business regionally.
Own the full sales cycle for programmatic solutions: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals across Malaysia and SEA.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, client trading desks, brands, and strategic partners.
Tailor sales proposals and pitches aligned with client objectives and our platform capabilities.
Collaborate with product, customer experience, and campaign operations teams to ensure seamless execution and performance delivery.
Monitor performance, forecast results, report on KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to clients.
Stay ahead of AdTech trends to position offerings effectively.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
2-5 years+ experience selling programmatic or digital media solutions; proven success in Malaysian market.
Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), header bidding and campaign analytics.
Strong verbal & written presentation skills; ability to explain complex programmatic products simply.
Business‑level English; proficiency in Malay; Mandarin or other languages a plus for regional expansion.
Self-motivated and results‑driven - comfortable working independently and within a global team.
Willingness to travel regionally (Singapore, Thailand, etc.) as needed.
