Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support overall business goals.
  • To liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents.
  • To assist other sales staff as and when required.
  • Contribute to the marketing & planning of the company’s launches by actively participating in group discussions, and provide constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlight features and benefits, prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work with team leaders and managers to improve conversion rates and service quality.
  • Develop new revenues of qualified leads and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to sales forecasts and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that articulate value propositions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ongoing account management.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the sales pipeline and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Assist in managing inventory by conducting stock checks and communicating low stock levels to the supervisor.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating as necessary.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and HR-related processes where required.
  • Maintain showroom operations duties as applicable, including display and daily operation management.
  • Assist with store replenishments and provide timely product information to customers.
  • Promote products and manage social media presence and advertising when appropriate.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing terms, and close deals to optimize profitability; monitor performance by product, customer, and region and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations; achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and explore new opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events organized by Outlet and HQ; assist in vehicle stock handling and delivery processes where applicable.
