Job Title : Project Manager Product Transfer

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager, Product Transfer, will oversee product transition activities into the Johor site. The role includes supporting engineering, procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure successful onboarding of new products with minimal disruption to operations. The Project Manager will be focused on Product Transfers from Llantrisant during Johor site ramp-up phase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the engineering team in creating parts lists and implementing BOMs in SAP.
• Assist procurement and planning teams in tracking parts sourcing, deliveries, and readiness.
• Coordinate with logistics and production to manage incoming materials and warehouse-to-floor transitions.
• Manage cross-functional timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans during the product transfer lifecycle.
• Oversee documentation, regulatory compliance, and material movement tracking using SAP.
• Lead communication across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of transfer milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts in product launch processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within complex assembly manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with SAP for BOMs, production orders, and material movements strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional execution
• Able to work on 12 months contract basis and based in Johor.
