This position is for a Program Manager (Transfer Project Manager) within the workplace.

The role involves Project Manager responsibilities, including:

1. Managing the project lifecycle for product transfers, greenfield projects, and facility planning, ensuring quality and the integration of smart features.
2. Serving as the company representative on the project management team for the New Factory Project Transformation, overseeing the transition of current production and enhancing logistics operations.
3. Monitoring project progress against objectives, deliverables, and timelines, identifying potential delays, and recommending mitigation strategies.
4. Developing strategies for space management, infrastructure planning, and project execution to achieve optimal results.
5. Leading green initiatives and promoting sustainability in operations.
6. Demonstrating strong multitasking skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
7. Meeting KPI standards and implementing measures to enhance seamless transfer processes.
8. Managing contracts, CapEx & OpEx budgets within approved allocations, with monthly financial updates.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project development and/or facilities management in research or industrial settings.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, such as electronics, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills across all levels, with the ability to think strategically and apply creative problem-solving.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
